RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day the customer took possession of the item or the day a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer took possession of the Product.
A consumer is also understood to be a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, when it is clear from the content of this contract that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity they perform, made available under the regulations on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the sales contract by means of a clear statement sent to us by post or electronically atzuzannajuliasw@gmail.com.
The customer may use the template withdrawal form which is an attachment No. 1 to the Regulations of our Online Store. Using the template form is not mandatory.
To keep the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send information regarding the exercise of their right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
We inform you that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts specified in Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, including in relation to the contract:
a) where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item produced according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet their individualized needs;
b) where the subject of the service is goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
c) where the subject of the service is goods delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund the customer all payments received from them, including the costs of delivering the item (except for additional costs resulting from the customer's chosen method of delivery that is different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our Online Store) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment methods that were used by the customer in the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed to another solution; in any case, the customer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
We inform you that we may withhold the refund until we receive the Product or until we receive proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.
Please return the Product to the address:Zuzanna Synoradzka-Wróbel, ul. Słoneczna 52A, 55-095 Długołękawithout delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Product is returned before the 14-day period expires. We inform you that the customer will be obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the item.
LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTRACT
According to Article 43a and the following of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, the Seller is responsible to the Customer who is a consumer for the compliance of the Product with the sales contract. A consumer is also understood to be a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, when it is clear from the content of this contract that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity they perform, made available under the regulations on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
The Seller is not liable for the lack of compliance of the Product with the contract in the scope referred to in Article 43a, paragraph 2 or 3 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, if the consumer was clearly informed, at the latest at the moment of concluding the contract, that a specific feature of the Product deviates from the compliance requirements set out in Article 43a, paragraphs 2 or 3 of the Act and clearly and separately accepted the lack of a specific feature of the Product.
The Seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of the Product with the contract existing at the time of its delivery and revealed within two years from that moment, unless the shelf life of the Product for use, specified by the Seller, its legal predecessors, or persons acting on their behalf, is longer. It is presumed that the lack of conformity of the Product with the contract, which revealed itself before the expiration of two years from the moment of delivery of the Product, existed at the time of its delivery, unless proven otherwise or this presumption cannot be reconciled with the nature of the Product or the character of the lack of conformity of the Product with the contract.
A notification of non-conformity of the Product with the contract should be sent electronically to the addresszuzannajuliasw@gmail.comor in writing to the Seller's registered office. The notification can be sent using the form attached as Appendix No. 2 to the Regulations.
If the Product is non-conforming to the contract, the consumer may request its repair or replacement. The Seller may replace the Product when the consumer requests repair, or the Seller may repair the Product when the consumer requests replacement, if bringing the Product into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by the consumer is impossible or would require excessive costs for the Seller. If repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for the Seller, they may refuse to bring the Product into conformity with the contract.
If the Product is non-conforming to the contract, the consumer may submit a declaration to reduce the price or withdraw from the contract when:
a) The Seller has refused to bring the Product into conformity with the contract;
b) The Seller has not brought the Product into conformity with the contract;
c) The lack of conformity of the Product with the contract still exists, despite the Seller's attempts to bring the Product into conformity with the contract;
d) The lack of conformity of the Product with the contract is significant enough to justify a reduction in price or withdrawal from the contract without prior exercising the option for repair or replacement;
e) It is clear from the Seller's declaration or the circumstances that they will not bring the Product into conformity with the contract within a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience to the consumer.
The client cannot withdraw from the contract if the lack of conformity of the Product with the contract is insignificant.
The Seller shall refund the amounts due to the consumer as a result of exercising the right to reduce the price immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the consumer's declaration of price reduction.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer shall immediately return the Product to the Seller at their expense. The Seller shall refund the price to the consumer immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the Product or proof of its return. The Seller shall make the refund using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly agrees to a different method of refund that does not incur any costs for them.

The Seller responds to the Client's notification within 14 calendar days from the day of its receipt. Failure to consider the notification within the specified time is equivalent to its acceptance.
The Seller covers the costs of collection, delivery, removal of defects, or replacement of the Product with a new one.
