Zuzanna Julia BIO

Zuzanna Julia (Zuzanna Synoradzka-Wróbel) is a multidisciplinary artist born in Warsaw.

She graduated from the Interior Architecture department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She creates both design and artistic works.

In her works, she draws inspiration from themes taken from fantasy, strongly connected to the theater and circus scene. She is also fascinated by the theme of the mask as a reflection on human characters and as an element of stage costume. She enjoys operating from a surrealist point of view.

As an illustrator, she collaborates with institutions, animation studios, and publishes in the press, including Tygodnik Powszechny, Kukbuk, Newsweek Extra, Aktivist, Kikimora.

She has showcased her works at exhibitions in Poland and abroad, including: Warsaw Club Diuna, Salon of Illustrators, Poznań Book Fair, 3 TKO International Miniprint Exhibition, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka.
